TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Misato Studios. By accessing or using our website, browsing our products or placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Misato Studios offers fashion products including ethnic wear, Pakistani kurtis and dress materials, kurta sets, co-ord sets, dresses, sarees, western wear and accessories. Product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, availability and other information are provided on the respective product pages.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information displayed on our website is accurate. However, slight differences in colour, appearance, texture or print may occur due to lighting, photography, manufacturing characteristics and differences in individual device or screen settings.

Some products may have variations in print, pattern or appearance, particularly products made from printed or handcrafted materials. Where applicable, such variations will be mentioned in the product description.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size information, descriptions, prices and other relevant information before placing an order.

An order is considered successfully placed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Misato Studios. Product availability is subject to change, and placing an item in a cart or initiating checkout does not guarantee that the product will remain available until payment is completed.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, or where an obvious pricing, product or technical error has occurred, Misato Studios reserves the right to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.

Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order, including their name, phone number, email address and shipping address. Misato Studios is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customers are advised to review these policies before completing an order.
